Help Lines

In crisis?

If you have an urgent mental health problem, or are concerned about someone who may be in crisis, there is a 24-hour helpline, Crisis Call, which supports people with mental health problems, their carers, family and friends - freephone 0800 501254.  You will be asked to leave a number and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

If you wish to speak to someone in confidence, the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
