Our Aims To support people aged 16 and above with experience of emotional difficulties in the locality of Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale in order that they may achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our Vision For there to be no stigma and discrimination surrounding mental ill health, and for people with mental health difficulties to automatically receive unlimited, appropriate, timely and effective support.
Our service is available to people anywhere in the Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale area with experience of mental health problems.
We aim to improve the lives of people living with mental health problems regardless of their cultural, religious and lifestyle needs.

Confidentiality All our staff and volunteers sign up to our confidentiality policy which clearly lays out our commitment to confidentiality.
Occasionally there may be times when we need to speak to another organisation without your consent. This will happen only in situations where someone appears to be at risk of harm and we would always try to discuss this with you.
