Policies and Procedures

Policies and Procedures

Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind have a rolling program which is designed to ensure that our policies and procedures are robust, fit for purpose and evolve in line with best practice and any changes to the law.  This is part of the role of our Quality Task Group (QTG).  The QTG enlists the help of staff, service users, trustees and outside experts when updating any policy and if you would like to be part of this process, please contact us.

If you are interested in reading any of these policies or procedures, please contact us and we can provide an electronic copy.  Other formats are available on request to ensure that this information is available to people with sensory or communication difficulties, and a member of staff can contact you to talk about how the policy works in practice.
